BIOGRAPHY

Founder and General Manager of 3 K Sound Community.

Madrid (Spain) - 1985. His conexion with the music began because of his mother`s influence, Blanca Alfonso, who is a Music Doctor and a piano teacher since she was 14 years; and because of his family in general, plenty of musicians or choir and orchestra risers, like his uncle Mariano Alfonso, riser of the RTVE chorus for years. At the age of 8 years, Álvaro started to study music theory, for 6 years; and when he was 10, he did his first steps with the violin, playing it for 4 years in the Eurídice Academy (Madrid). He had also the chance of developing his voice in the chorus of this academy.

But at the end he decided to dedicate his musical abilities to the electronic world. In the year 2001, he began to play Progressive, Hard Dance, Hard House and Hard Style. He became radio dj in the years 2002 and 2003, working in Zona FM Radio. He continued playing this style till the year 2003, when he started to play House music, a genre who he admired more progressively. He has versatility and eclecticism, spining a lot of subgenres together: Acid, Progressive, Funk, Pop, Latin... but Techno House mostly, taking a special care about the Minimal Sound, thanks to the influences of some djs he has played with for years, like Loren, Daniel Segura or Mr. Kikko lately; djs who play Techno, Minimal or Dark Progressive.

He has been the resident dj of Charock club in Tres Cantos, Madrid (February 2004 - July 2006); and Leka Leka club in the Chueca district, Madrid (October 2004 - July 2006). After this period, he went to Rome (Italy), where he was based since September 2006 till July 2007, working hand to hand with Mr. Kikko (Sound`s Factory). There, he also has had the chance of djing with Brando Lupi, Angelica or Marco Ruberto a.k.a. Smilzo. He has produced the release "Demenzial Breeze" with Dee Green during this period.

His facet as a producer began in 2005, after having realized a production course given by Dopplermedia group. His first work in this discipline takes the name of "Rainbow Vibes", which has been coproduced with Daniel Segura.

He is studying a double licentiate too: law and business, in the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid. Álvaro has always liked the art of promoting and organizing, and this is the reason he is studying this career. His goal is creating music, djing and working in an important record label in a future.
